제1조 (목적) 본 약관은 “KAPP(대한패들서프프로협회)”(이하 “KAPP”라 통칭)의 서비스를 이용함에 있어 권한, 권리, 책임사항 등을 규정하는데 그 목적이 있습니다.

Article 1 (Purpose)

The purpose of this Agreement is to stipulate authority, rights, and responsibilities in using the services of "KAPP (Korean Association of Paddlesurf Professionals)" (hereinafter referred to as "KAPP").

제2조 (정의)"KAPP 회원”(이하 “회원”이라 통칭)이란 KAPP가 제시한 신청서를 통해 회원정보를 제공하고 가입한 고객을 말합니다.

Article 2 (Definitions)

The term "KAPP member" (hereinafter referred to as "member") refers to a customer who has provided information and subscribed to the membership through the KAPP application form.  

제3조 (약관 개정)

① 본 약관은 관계 법령에 의거하여 수시로 개정될 수 있으며, 약관을 개정하고자 할 경우 KAPP는 개정된 약관을 적용하고자 하는 날(이하 "효력 발생일")로부터 14일 이전에 약관이 개정된다는 사실과 개정된 내용, 개정 사유 등을 홈페이지에 게시하고 회원에게 변경된 약관을 고지해야 합니다.

② KAPP가 이메일 또는 서면을 통해 변경된 약관을 고지하는 경우, 회원이 제공한 가장 최신의 이메일이나 주소로 변경사항을 고지합니다.

③ 회원은 변경된 약관을 거부할 권리가 있습니다. 회원은 변경된 약관이 통지된 후 14일 이내에 거부의사를 밝힐 수 있으며, KAPP는 정해진 기간 내에 거부의사를 밝힌 회원을 탈퇴시킬 수 있습니다.

Article 3 (Amendment of Terms and Conditions)

① These terms and conditions can be amended from time to time in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations, and if they are to be amended, KAPP must post the revised terms and conditions on its website 14 days before the date of application (hereinafter "Effective Date").
② If KAPP notifies you of the changed terms and conditions by email or in writing, it notifies you of the change to the latest email or address provided by the member.
③ Members have the right to reject the changed terms and conditions. Members may express their rejection within 14 days of the notification of the changed terms and conditions, and KAPP may withdraw members who have expressed their rejection within a fixed period of time.

제4조 (회원자격 및 가입, 갱신방법)

① 회원가입 신청은 KAPP가 공지한 신청서를 통해 이뤄집니다.

② 회원은 KAPP가 통지한 기간 내에 연회비(4만원)를 지불해야 갱신이 가능하며 지불되지 않을 시 회원갱신이 불가합니다.

Ariticle 4 (Method of membership and subscription and renewal)

① The application for membership is made through the application announced by KAPP.
② Members must pay the annual fee (40,000 won) within the period notified by KAPP to renew their membership, and if not paid, they cannot renew their membership.

제5조 (회원탈퇴 및 정지, 상실)

① 회원은 KAPP 인스타그램, 이메일, 홈페이지, 연락처 등을 통해 회원 탈퇴를 요청할 수 있으며, 이때 회원은 가입비를 제외한 연회비 4만원을 환불 받을 수 있습니다. 단, 회원 굿즈를 수령한 이후로는 받을 수 없습니다

② 회원이 다음 사항에 해당하는 경우, KAPP는 회원자격을 제한, 정지, 상실시킬 수 있습니다.

가. 회원 가입 신청 또는 변경시 허위 정보를 기입한 경우

나. KAPP의 지적재산권이나 업무를 방해하는 행위

다. 타인의 정보를 도용하는 등 피해를 끼친 경우

라. 본 약관이 금지한 행위를 하는 경우

Article 5 (Withdrawal, suspension, and loss of membership)

① Members can request withdrawal through KAPP Instagram, e-mail, website homepage, and contact information, and at this time, members can receive a refund of 40,000 won per year, excluding subscription fees. However, members cannot receive the refund after having received the member goods.
② If a member falls under the following, KAPP may restrict, suspend, or terminate his/her membership.
A. Where false information is entered when applying for membership or changing it;
B. Interference with KAPP's intellectual property rights or business
C. In the case of causing damage, such as stealing other people's information
D. In the case of conducting an act prohibited by these Terms and Conditions

제6조 (개인정보 수집, 이용 및 보유기간)

① KAPP는 회원이 작성한 신청서의 '개인정보 수집·이용 동의' 항목에 동의한 경우 회원의 개인정보를 수집·이용할 수 있습니다.

② 회원은 제공한 개인정보와 관련하여 변경사항이 있는 경우 지체 없이 KAPP에 그 변경사실을 통지하여야 합니다. 회원이 변경사실의 통지를 태만히 함으로써 KAPP로부터의 연락, 통지 또는 문서 등이 연착하거나 도착하지 않아 발생한 손해는 회원이 부담하여야 합니다.

Article 6 (Period of Collection, Use, and Retention of Personal Information)

① KAPP may collect and use the members' personal information if it agrees to the "Consent to Collect and Use Personal Information" item in the application form.
② If there is any change in the personal information provided, the member shall notify the KAPP of the change without delay. The member shall bear the damage caused by the delay in contact, notification, or documentation to KAPP due to the member's negligence in notifying the change.

제7조 (초상권 동의)

① KAPP는 KAPP가 주최한 행사나 대회 중 회원들의 사진이나 동영상을 찍을 수 있습니다.

② KAPP가 촬영한 사진이나 동영상은 KAPP의 홍보 마케팅에 사용될 수 있습니다.

③ KAPP는 수집된 회원의 개인정보를 해당 회원이 회원 자격을 유지하는 기간 내 보유하고 이용할 수 있습니다. 다만, 회원이 탈퇴하거나 자격을 상실할 경우 KAPP는 이후 고객이 서비스를 다시 요청할 경우를 대비하여 회원 탈퇴 또는 자격 상실 후 1년 간 개인정보를 삭제하지 아니합니다. 위 기간이 경과하면 회원의 별도 요청이 없을 경우라도 수집된 회원정보를 삭제 및 파기합니다.

Article 7 (Consent to image rights)

① KAPP is allowed to take pictures or videos of its members during events or competitions hosted by KAPP.
② Photos or videos taken by KAPP can be used for KAPP's promotional marketing.
③ KAPP can keep and use the collected members' personal information within the period during which the members maintain their membership. However, if a member withdraws or loses his/her qualification, KAPP will not delete his/her personal information for one year after withdrawal or termination of his/her qualification in case a customer requests the service again. After the above period, the collected member information will be deleted and destroyed even if there is no separate request from the member.

제8조 (개인정보보호를 위한 회원의 권리)

① 회원 또는 그 법정대리인은 개인정보의 수집, 이용, 제공에 대해 회원이 동의한 내용을 철회할 수 있으며, 자신의 개인정보를 열람하거나 정정할 수 있습니다.

② 회원은 KAPP에게 본 조 제1항에 기재된 회원 개인정보의 열람 또는 정정을 청구할 수 있습니다.

③ KAPP는 회원이 동의 철회, 열람 및 정정 요구를 할 시 수집된 개인정보를 파기 및 정정하는 등의 조치를 취하고 그 결과를 회원에게 통지합니다.

Article 8 (Rights of Members to Protect Personal Information)

① A member or his/her legal representative may withdraw his/her consent to the collection, use, and provision of personal information, and may view or correct his/her personal information.
② A member may request KAPP to view or correct the member's personal information listed in paragraph 1 of this Article.
③ KAPP takes measures such as destroying and correcting collected personal information when a member requests for withdrawal of consent, viewing or correction, and notifies the member of the result.

제9조 (서비스의 운영)

KAPP는 회원에게 다음과 같은 서비스를 제공합니다.

1. SUP 관련 정보 제공

2. KAPP 주최 대회 및 이벤트 참여 기회 제공

3. 기타 회원에게 필요하다고 인정되는 정보 제공

Article 9 (Operation of Services)

KAPP provides the following services to its members:
1. Provide information related to SUP
2. Provide opportunities to participate in competitions and events hosted by KAPP
3. Provide other members with information deemed necessary

제10조 (서비스의 폐지, 변경 또는 중단)

① KAPP의 서비스는 서비스 유지 곤란, 운영 정책의 변경 등에 의하여 폐지, 변경 또는 중단될 수 있습니다.

② 운영 중인 서비스를 폐지, 변경 또는 중단하고자 하는 경우 KAPP는 해당 내용을 변경기준일 14일 전에 홈페이지에 게시하여 사전 고지합니다. 그러나 부득이한 사유로 긴급하게 폐지, 변경 또는 중단하여야 하는 경우에는 효력 발생일 직전에 게시할 수 있습니다.

Article 10 (Termination, modification or suspension of services)① KAPP's services may be terminated, modified, or suspended due to service maintenance difficulties, changes in operational policies, etc.
② In case the service is terminated, modified or suspended, KAPP will post the information on the website 14 days before the date of the change. However, in urgent cases or due to unavoidable reasons, it may be posted immediately before the effective date.

제11조 (KAPP의 의무)

① KAPP는 본 약관에 의거하여 회원들에게 지속적인 서비스를 제공할 수 있도록 노력합니다.

② KAPP는 회원이 서비스를 이용함에 있어서 KAPP의 중대한 과실로 인해 입은 손해를 배상할 책임을 집니다.

Article 11 (Obligation of KAPP)① KAPP strives to provide continuous service to its members in accordance with these terms and conditions.
② KAPP is responsible for compensating members for damages caused by KAPP's gross negligence in using the service.

제12조 (분쟁의 해결 등)KAPP와 회원 간 분쟁이 발생한 경우 대한민국의 법에 의거하여 해결하며, 본 분쟁으로 인한 소는 대한민국 법원에 제기합니다.Article 12 (Resolution of Disputes, etc.)In the event of a dispute between the KAPP and its members, it shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, and a lawsuit arising from this dispute shall be filed with the court of the Republic of Korea.

제13조 (시행일)본 약관은 2022년 2월 17일부터 시행됩니다.Article 13 (Effective Date)These terms and conditions will take effect on February 17, 2022.
