SUP Surfing is a sport where you ride waves just like regular surfing. The boards used for Surfing are shorter and wider than regular boards. Since SUP Surfing is a sport where you ride waves rather than race fast on water, the boards used for Surfing are shaped to allow for quick change of direction rather than stability.
